Management
West Farms One, West Farms Two, and West Farms Ridge work together to maintain the Joint Recreation Facility for their resident’s enjoyment. It is managed by the Joint Recreation Committee, which is made up of three board members from each of the three associations. Together, these neighboring communities work to provide a facility that is functional, fun and safe for the community. The facility has several amenities including a clubhouse, pool, tennis court and basketball court. The clubhouse is utilized for association meetings, and residents can rent the space for private events. The pool, open from May-September, provides a great place to cool off and have some fun in the sun for our residents and their families. West Farms Recreation has two pools open from Memorial Day to Labor Day from 10AM-7PM, seven days a week. There is a large pool for adults and a smaller kiddie pool. There is a cabana with bathrooms and changing rooms for residents convenience, as well as many chairs and tables for all to enjoy. Come on down and enjoy some relaxation time at the pool!

Clubhouse
The Clubhouse is a wonderful amenity used by all three associations for meetings. In 2016, the Joint Recreation Committee took on a project to renovate the exterior of the Clubhouse with beautiful new siding. Then in 2017, the interior of the Clubhouse was painted giving a beautiful, modern new look.
Additionally, residents can rent the Clubhouse for private functions year-round. It has a fully functioning kitchen, tables and chairs, and the main room features a bar and a dance floor.
